Privacy Policy

SuppleDev ("we", "us") runs suppledev.com. This page explains, in plain terms, what personal data the site collects, why we need it, how long it stays with us and which requests you can make about it.

About SuppleDev and This Policy

We're a software engineering company that adds QA, development, DevOps and AI engineers to our clients' teams. For the data described here, we act as the controller, which means we decide why and how it's processed. This policy covers the website only. Work we do for clients falls under the contract we sign with each of them.

The Data We Handle

Source What it includes When we get it
Contact form Name, work email and company you type in, the help topic you select, and the message itself When you press send
Analytics cookies Pages you open, time spent on them, the site that referred you, approximate location, device and browser type Only after you choose "Allow analytics"
Server logs IP address, date and time of the request, the URL requested, the browser's user agent Automatically, every time our host serves a page

Please keep passwords, access keys and customer records out of the message box. The site is meant for businesses, and we don't knowingly gather information from children.

Reasons We Use It

When you write to us, your form details let us reply, set up a call, prepare an estimate or run a Free QA Audit you requested. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and, where the GDPR applies, on steps you've asked us to take before a possible contract.

Analytics helps us improve the site. It shows which pages people find useful and which ones they leave right away. This part runs on your consent, and nothing loads until you've given it.

Server logs keep the site available and secure. They let us catch errors and shut out abusive traffic, and the basis here is legitimate interest as well.

We don't make automated decisions about you or build profiles, and sending the form won't put you on any mailing list.

We measure traffic with Google Analytics or a comparable tool. The first time you land here, a consent banner offers two buttons: "Allow analytics" and "Only necessary". Until you pick the first one, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind later through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, by clearing cookies in your browser, or by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. Every cookie and its lifespan is listed in the Cookie Policy.

Retention

If an inquiry turns into a project, the related correspondence is then kept under the terms of that contract.

Service Providers Involved

Only a handful of vendors ever see your data, and only because the site can't run without them: the analytics provider, the company that hosts suppledev.com, and the email service that carries form messages and our replies. Each one receives just what its job requires and processes it under its own data protection terms. Some of them operate outside your country, and those transfers rest on recognized safeguards, standard contractual clauses being the usual one.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't hand it to advertisers. We'd disclose it to a public authority only when a legal obligation leaves us no other option.

Choices and Rights You Have

Wherever you live, you're entitled to have us:

You can also withdraw analytics consent whenever you like through "Manage cookies". Using any of these rights costs you nothing.

If you live in California: the CCPA lets you find out which kinds of personal information we've collected and which actual items, have them deleted or corrected, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information in the sense that law uses, and making a request won't change how we treat you.

If you're visiting from the EU or UK: the EU GDPR and its UK equivalent add the right to limit how we process your data and to receive a portable copy of it, and you can complain to the data protection regulator where you live if our answer leaves you unsatisfied.

Keeping Data Safe

The site uses an encrypted connection for every page and form submission, and only the people who answer inquiries can open what you send. No system is free of risk, so we keep collection to the minimum.

Sending Us a Privacy Request

Write to hello@suppledev.com from the address you used with us and name the right you'd like to exercise. We may ask a short question to confirm it's really you, and we'll respond within the deadline set by the privacy law that covers you.

Updates and Effective Date

If we change how we handle data, this page gets updated first. Since October 20, 2026, the version above is the one in force.
