Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026. SuppleDev ("we", "us") operates suppledev.com, and the rules below apply whenever you visit it. Client projects run under their own signed contract, and nothing on this page changes that contract.

Using the Site Means You Accept These Terms

By opening or browsing the site, you're agreeing to the terms below. If any part of them doesn't work for you, please stop using suppledev.com. We've kept the wording plain on purpose.

What You Can and Can't Do Here

You're welcome to read our pages, share links to them, print them for internal discussion and contact us through the form. A few things aren't allowed:

If someone ignores these rules, we may block their access. If you spot what looks like a security issue, email us first and hold off on further testing until we reply.

Who Owns What

The site's text, layout, graphics, logo and the SuppleDev name belong to us. Short quotes are fine as long as you credit us and link to the source page; republishing or adapting larger parts needs our written permission first.

Client deliverables follow different rules, because the client contract governs them. The code and IP we write for a client belong to that client, as their contract sets out. These website terms don't give us, or anyone else, any claim to that work.

Site Content Is Provided As Is

Everything published here is general information about our services. We keep it as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but we don't promise it's complete or free of mistakes, and we make no warranties about it, express or implied. Rates, timelines and descriptions on these pages aren't an offer you can accept. Commitments between us exist only once a contract is signed, and submitting the form doesn't create a client relationship by itself.

How Far Our Liability Goes

As far as the law allows, SuppleDev isn't responsible for losses that come from using the site or from not being able to reach it. That includes indirect or consequential damage, lost revenue, lost data and decisions made on the strength of something you read here. Any liability that the law doesn't let us exclude stays in place.

Some pages point to outside resources such as tool documentation. Those sites are run by other companies, and once you click through, their own rules and privacy notice take over. We don't control them, and a link from us isn't an endorsement.

When These Terms Change

We'll update this page when the site or our practices change. A new version applies as soon as it's published, and the date at the bottom shows which one is current. If you keep using the site after an update, you're accepting the revised terms.

Law That Governs These Terms

The laws applicable to SuppleDev's place of establishment apply to these terms, and any dispute about the website goes to the courts that have jurisdiction there, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you a different forum. If a court decides one provision can't be enforced, the remaining provisions still apply.
